The staff here are incredible. The facility is clean and bright and very comfortable. I was very impressed all around. They were there for me when I needed them.

Chairs give me extremely bad back pain and numness in my feet.

Hate. The superviser. Very bright lights that turn down but refuse and argue with you except night people even when they come to days and are right beside me. I.e.they can close drapes. But i cant . Joanne just argues and says don t complain. Sounds lime descrimination

My Father has been under the care of this amazing team over the past few years. The team is kind, patient, conscientious and knowledgeable regarding the work that they do for their patients. I would like to thank the team on behalf of my family as my Fathers health would not be where it is today if it had not been for the hard work and dedication of these individuals.

New hospital is clean, and not depressing like some of the other hospitals, somewhat confusing if you don't know where you are going. I think they are still understaffed but that seems to be the norm at hospitals in the province. Disappointing that they do not have a scent free policy though as it would make it a safer environment for those of us with allergies, asthma, environmental sensitivities etc.

My mom has been receiving hemodialysis treatment at DMC Markham for more than 2 years. She does not understand English and she always feels uncomfortable among non-Cantonese speaking people. But not at DMC Markham. Every staff is so caring and friendly, making my mom feel at ease. And the atmosphere is always cozy and relaxing. As a family of patient I know my mom is in good hands. Thanks to all loving people at DMC Markham to make kidney patients and caregivers’ days a lot easier.
